6degrees is happening!
First, I am so happy that you are all on this journey with me! Like, truly PUMPED for what's to come.
Next, I thought I'd let you know a little back story on the idea of where 6degrees came from. It came to me a year ago when a friend mentioned that her niece lived in an area I was just in and could have babysat for me, then it popped up again when two cousins, one from my side and one from my ex-husbands side were sharing on their social media that they were on the same island at the same time. It kept coming to mind, "how cool would it be to learn how we are connected to the people around us".
I started working on how this app would work and then life got HEAVY.
Now, my mom has passed away, my divorce is final and this idea is ready to take flight.
I am currently working on the website/automated system and email campaign that will be going out to every one of 6degreesapp's founding members.
