Not where we emotionally unload. 🧠 RESPECT COACH’S TIME, ENERGY, AND HUMANITY I want to help people. That is why this community exists. But helping people does not mean absorbing chaotic communication, vague complaints, emotional dumping, panic messages, or unstructured confusion all day. I am a human being. There is a real cost to constantly dealing with people who complain more than they communicate, focus more on the problem than the solution, and refuse to follow a simple process before asking for help. This SOS protocol exists partly to protect my time, energy, attention, and ability to keep coaching at a high level. If every student communicates however they feel in the moment, the community becomes chaotic. If every student uses structure, the community becomes coachable. That matters. A coach cannot effectively help students who refuse to make themselves easy to help. The standard is simple: If you want help, communicate in a way that makes help possible. This is not about being perfect. This is not about pretending you are never confused. This is not about hiding frustration.
