Why 5AM?
You are in a battle, this battle is against attention theft, busyness and lethargy. Winning your morning, being first up in your house and setting a plan is key to helping you realise and maintain high wellbeing across life. Create clarity in the chaos. I'm Dave and I'm a solo dad, my wife passed away 2 years ago, to help me manage my mindset and well-being one of the the core actions I commit to each day is beating my kids out of bed, praying/meditating and moving each morning. To do this I'm up and active by 5am. This has been a HUGE influence on my new life as a solo parent and has seen me navigate the rough times by acting as my tool to create clarity in the chaos. I'm also a Mental Performance coach working across the military and corporate spaces and this habit helps me own my reality rather than letting the world dictate my reality. This community is for people who want to commit to action, create clarity in the chaos and find like-minded people across the globe. The 3 daily calls may not fit your time zone perfectly, but the principle of being the first out of bed in your house should be achieved.
