I'm Dave and I'm a solo dad, my wife passed away 2 years ago, to help me manage my mindset and well-being one of the the core actions I commit to each day is beating my kids out of bed, praying/meditating and moving each morning. To do this I'm up and active by 5am. This has been a HUGE influence on my new life as a solo parent and has seen me navigate the rough times by acting as my tool to create clarity in the chaos. I'm also a Mental Performance coach working across the military and corporate spaces and this habit helps me own my reality rather than letting the world dictate my reality.
