My Friend Is Offering Free Website Design
Hey everyone 👋 I just wanted to share something that might help a few people here — a friend of mine is currently offering free website design for a limited number of people. They’re really good at creating clean, professional websites, and they’re looking to work with a few entrepreneurs/creatives who need help getting online or improving what they already have. I thought this could be useful here, especially for anyone building their brand or trying to turn their skills into income. If you’re interested, just drop a comment or message me and I’ll connect you with him

What is your current core offer?
Hey everyone, I wanted to take a second to get to know you all and your businesses a little better. Quick question: What's your current core offer, and who is your ICP? One of the reasons I started this group was to build a real network of designers I could bounce ideas off of and refer work to when a project comes in that's a better fit for someone else. But honestly, this question is also something I'm working through myself right now. One of the things that drew me to Alex's content was the idea of crafting a solid offer. For a long time I was just making whatever someone asked for. A t-shirt? I got you. A brochure? Say less. A full brand identity system? Have it to you tomorrow. But as I've grown in my business journey I've realized that approach didn't set me up well. It gave me a ton of experience across the board, but it never let my business plant roots in a core offer. Even after years of working with clients, I'd still have people asking me, "So what do you actually do?" I've since decided to focus on brand identity systems for businesses and events. To break my offer down simply: for $5k, I deliver a complete brand build or transformation in under a month. That includes the strategy, visual identity, and plug-and-play templates you need to show up professionally across every platform without the DIY headache. The piece I'm actively working through is the ICP side. I know I want to work with clients who have the budget to invest in their brand, get real measurable results from the work, and have potential for an ongoing relationship beyond a single project. But locking that down into a specific person I'm talking to every day is still a work in progress for me. So I'm curious on both ends: what does your core offer look like, and how did you land on your ICP? Did it come naturally or did you have to fight for that clarity?
