“How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.”
— Wayne Dyer
Sometimes people disappoint us.
They make choices we don't understand, respond in ways we wouldn't, or simply don't show up the way we hoped they would.
And it's easy to carry that frustration around.
But I'm reminding myself today:
I don't have to understand someone else's choices to protect my own peace.
I can be disappointed without becoming consumed by it.
I can set boundaries without carrying the anger with me.
And I can choose where my attention goes next.
🧘 Breathe.
📓 Let it out.
🌸 Redirect.
You can't always choose what walks into your day.
But you can choose what you allow to follow you home.
I'm curious...
What do YOU do when someone disappoints you?
Do you talk it out?
Hit the gym or a workout?
Write about it?
Take a walk?
Give yourself some space?
Let it go?
