Today we’re hunting for treasure…but not the pirate kind. Your mission is to find 3 tiny things today that make you smile. They might be: ☕ the first sip of coffee 🐕 a happy dog 🌤 a patch of sunshine 🎶 a song you forgot you loved Science says when we actively look for positive moments, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin — the same chemicals that boost mood and motivation. So today… we go treasure hunting. What treasure did you find today? 👀 If you want to make this even more fun.....set the intention of a couple of things that would make you smile and then go manifest them
