I Built SOPs So My Business Could Survive Without My Ego.
Over the last few weeks, I made a hard but important shift.I stopped trying to be the hero in my business.
The delegation framework helped me see a simple truth: I wasnt busy because the business was complex, I was busy because everything depended on me.
I documented how things actually run, built proper SOPs, set clear decision rules, and empowered support instead of keeping everything in my head. In short, I built a system so the business doesn’t depend on me being “on” all the time.
Biggest realization? I was the bottleneck.Not the team. Not the tools.
Once I started delegating ownership and outcomes (not just tasks), things changed, less noise, clearer thinking, better execution, more trust.
