Hey, i am a leadership coach from the UK and just got out a complicated family business relationship. Took a while to recover and found this community which I love the giving first philosophy. I have built a few frameworks since going down the AI rabbit role and super curious about the frameworks here how they help you in personal and business growth.

Good Luck, Jamie!
Hey! Taking a chance to introduce myself.
Kassim asked "What do I have?" I have courage. By the time I was 9 I was suicidal, by 13 I was pulled out of school, and by 16 I was in the police station getting interrogated with my mom in tears watching it all happen. I was so lost. I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I didn't know that I needed to feel the pain of the world, so that I could have compassion for others. I needed to feel how lost we are in modern society, so I could help create solutions. After 12 years as a target inside the public education system, I didn't trust my teachers when they told me 4 more years of college for $80,000 would prepare me to thrive. So I placed a bet on myself, saved money, and seized the reigns of life. The day I graduated high school, I bought a one-way ticket to India. It was a rite of passage, marking the end of my childhood, and the beginning of manhood. I was ready to kill the old identity of who I had become and how I was perceived in my hometown. I was ready to become someone new. So I became a student to life. I learned from cultures around the world, sat in 10 days of silent meditation, solo climbed to views of Mount Everest, bought a motorcycle and rode it 1500 miles from northern Vietnam to southern Cambodia. I got to know strangers, friends, dangers, and mentors from China to New Zealand, Nicaragua to Bolivia, and California to New Hampshire. I found myself sitting up all night in native american ceremonies and learning to sing and pray. I found myself fasting for 4 days and 4 nights in the desert, and becoming a part of a nonprofit that helps men become better leaders for their families and communities. Eventually, I found myself living in the Caribbean. First in St Thomas, now Puerto Rico where I'm putting roots down. But there's a key that I haven't told you. I unlocked many doors because I had a camera in my hand, and I knew how to use it. One skill led to my first LLC, Wayfinders Media, that is now a full-service brand development and marketing team with a strong reputation.

Great story, keep going, Asa.
Intro!
Howdy Group! My name is Cody Breunig. I'm a father of four, soon to be five, husband, life steward, and a growing business owner to two businesses. The first business is a company called Black Dog Forensics, a digital forensics company. The second business is quite new and it was born out of Black Dog Forensics, it's a company called CrossLogic Intelligence. This company goes live in about two weeks. It's a software solution that we developed internally at Black Dog to solve our problems and decided to market it for criminal defense attorneys. We've got a pretty scary roadmap and a lot of work to do on that. Regardless, like many of you, I have a reason and purpose to live, joy that gets me out of bed, and people that depend on the work we do. I want for nothing.... But at the same time, everything. I know what I'm capable of building, and at the same time, I know that when I reach that level, it is only the next step. A perpetual cycle of finding out that the goal you just reached is only the floor to be able to reach the next one. I believe that's the order or cycle, if you will, that exists in the chaos we call life. I think my need is probably the same as everybody else's - TIME. Although many others seem to have figured it out, I, like many on the entrepreneurial step, am the biggest bottleneck in my businesses. I have high expectations because everything is personal, although I guess I need to work on that. I need to put better systems in place to replicate me and the decisions I would make. I need to learn to delegate better and completely unplug when I delegate and trust the results, even when I know that I would have done it differently. Looking forward to learning from seasoned professionals. Respectfully, Cody

Good Luck, Cody!
One big win for me: $597k in 90 days generated for one client
Most companies do this: They spend a lot on lead gen. Sales calls new leads fast. They reach maybe half. The rest go into the CRM. Marked as “no answer.” Then forgotten. Everyone accepts this as normal. But it turns out… it’s not. Here's one real example: This company we worked with had 319 old leads. These weren’t warm. They weren’t recent. They had already been called 16+ times. Internally, they were considered dead. What we tried: Instead of calling again, we did something simple. We used AI to send a short, personal SMS. No pitch. No links, no pressure to sell anything. Just a question that made people pause and think: “Oh yeah… I remember this.” That’s it. What happened in 7 days: - 120 people replied - 75 asked for a callback or booked a time - 14 became customers - ~$49,000 in revenue Same leads. Same offer. Same sales team. What happened in 90 days: They kept running our same system. No ads. No new funnel, zero extra spend. Total recovered revenue:~$597,000. From leads they had already written off. Why this worked (in simple terms) 1. Different channel: People ignore unknown calls. They read texts. 2. Curiosity first: We didn’t “sell.” We reminded. 3. AI handled the boring part. It asked a few questions. Checked intent. Booked the call only if it made sense. Sales team only spoke to people who wanted to talk. The takeaway? Most CRMs aren’t full of bad leads. They’re full of: - bad timing - missed follow-ups - unfinished conversations AI doesn’t magically create demand. It just helps you finish what you already started. That’s the real leverage. If you have old leads into database, don't turn those off. Using a right system can easily help you make an extra $100K in cash. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cool
Newbie
Hi, I'm Tanya all the way from South Africa. I'm a 43 year old mom. I have been in the online space but didn't have much success as I was jumping from one thing to the next and couldn't really find my focus. I have been ill for a couple of months now so I haven't really been focusing on what I actually want to do. All though my health is still not great, I feel I need to jump back in and gain more insight and get myself back out there. Will so much appreciate likes and comments so I can get the next level unlocked.
