Constraint Breaker - Me... Need an EA ASAP

I started the Constraint breaker framework yesterday and early in the learning phase I realized I needed to hire an EA framework. I did find extremely helpful the Delegation hub and using that as a starting point. I also reached out to my current VA who has worked with me for over 10 years and gave her a heads up that I am going to hire a full time EA and if she is interested let me know.

Now I am struggling a little on identifying all the things I would need for her to do to help me stay in my entrepreneur lane. Right now I come up with all of the topics and content, with AI I definitely think she could do that and simply have me to approve it.

I asked chatgpt to review my entire business model and identify tasks that my human VA should do, what AI can do and what I absolutely need to do and put it in categories.

Just curious if anyone else has developed an easier way to outline the EA work for the week and how best do you leverage AI with your EA and yourself. Are you using a chatgpt workspace? We do use clickup for our tasks.
