For me, it is simple....

i think it is really important that we share ideas and experiences as a coaching community.

This helps us gain feedback, makes us think, and helps us enhance the game together. The benefit of that? It helps the players that we work with.

It might not help them make it pro, but it will hopefully help them stay in the game we all love, lifelong.
