Linkable menu instead of thumbs

Can this linkable menu be produced on CloudPano? https://360.seeinside.com.mt/G1PVCQUKfd/34472178p&119.51h&91.51t Its similar to the thumbs we use but works better sometimes for business requirements and also shrinks better when seen on mobile devices
