Hi I'm Ashli
I'm a 31 year old new mom of a 9 month old boy. I have had six losses of family and friends this year, and a job loss, so I let my grief get the better of me the last few months. I'm ready to refocus on myself and my health again - both for me to feel like a better self and to set a good example for my son.
I have two torn ligaments in my left ankle and one in my right foot from a fall, so I'm intending to modify workouts to something I can do while injured and dial in nutrition to 80/20. That way I can get the results in the kitchen that I won't be getting in the gym until I heal from the surgery I'll need to fix my ankle. PT will become a huge part of my exercise plan once I'm cleared for it by my surgeon.
Excited to be here. Ready to get after it. These 21 days are just the beginning.
