After years of guiding people through wellness and spiritual practices, and recovering from a car accident that became a gift and helped me discover my life purpose, I designed this 21-day journey to help you gently release what’s no longer serving you and step into a clearer, lighter, more aligned version of your self. The world is so crazy right now, I am hoping that the tools you learn from my course will help you to increase your bandwidth for joy! Hi everyone, how are you doing with the 21 day reset? What are you all focusing on this week? I am going to Portugal in two weeks time and have not been eating so well, this week I am going to focus on clean eating and exercising every day!! Anyone else want to share a goal for this week?

Hello loverly community, Happy Mother's Day to all of you. We are all Mother's to ourselves, our friends, our pets, our co-workers!!! What is a Mother's Day memory or moment or person you celebrate today? For me it's my Mama Lena, she is my African Mama that raised me with kindness and love and so much ancient wisdom. She used to carry me on her back in a blanket cocoon as she worked around the house, and she called me "big Eyes". She died 24 years ago and I still think of her every day!
