A goal for this week.
Hi everyone, how are you doing with the 21 day reset? What are you all focusing on this week? I am going to Portugal in two weeks time and have not been eating so well, this week I am going to focus on clean eating and exercising every day!! Anyone else want to share a goal for this week?

I’m getting back to myself after having the stomach virus. As i do that, I am working on getting back into my regular meditation and exercise routines. I have not been reading so I would like to add into my routine to read 10 pages (or more) a day

Such a great reflection. I think I fluctuate back and forth amongst all 3. So, I’d want to work on stability in the 3 areas and would start with purpose and peace

Hi! I feel so blessed to be here to learn, grow and reset together! This course comes at the perfect timing for me since my father’s recent passing has caused some old feelings of my worth to re surface resulting in some fear, self doubt and overthinking. I am looking forward to feeling clearer and lighter . Grateful to be on this journey together 💕Laura
