Hey @James Jackson I don’t have a gym membership. Will you suggest some exercises we can do at home to decrease back fat? Possibly create a video? I’m so serious.

Along the lines of olive oil — I noticed in Psalm 52 - David mentions an olive tree …
“But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭52‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ “In verse 8, the psalm writer compares himself to an olive tree. Olive trees live a long time, and even when cut down, they sprout from the root. They symbolize people whose foundation for life is their trust in God’s love. Such people are the opposite of the wicked who have no roots (see verse 5). In what ways can you be like an olive tree, demonstrating that your foundation for life is built on your trust in God and God’s love?” Commentary by the American Bible Society.
Wellness Tip Thursday 🫶🏽
For a Thursday morning wellness routine, consider focusing on boosting your energy and setting a positive tone for the rest of the week. Here’s a tip: Hydration & Stretching to Start Begin your morning by drinking a glass of water to rehydrate your body after sleep. Follow this with a 5-10 minute stretching routine to gently wake up your muscles and increase blood flow. Focus on stretches that target major muscle groups like your shoulders, back, and legs. • Hydration: Add lemon to your water for a refreshing boost of vitamin C and to aid digestion. • Stretching: Include movements like neck rolls, shoulder stretches, and hamstring stretches to ease any tension from the week and prepare your body for the day ahead. This simple practice can leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to tackle your tasks with a clear mind.
