A practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment. Thoughts , emotions, physical sensations. Plus your surroundings. With a gentle, nonjudgemental attitude. Its about accepting current experiences rather than reacting to them. This helps to reduce stress, manage emotions, and breaking auto-habitual responses.
