Using TB Initial Option as Downpayment to Buy TB 1st House
I'm in the middle of putting together a few RTO deals where my prospective TB's have large initial option amounts available ($100,000, $40,000 and $60,000). I have the ability to get mortgages and buy these properties but I require investor funds for the downpayment and cash to close. I am in the process of determining whether I can use the TB's funds as my downpayment. Does anyone have experience or comments here?
