Good Evening. I just finished the first session with Cam and Kyle, and have decided to start at the very beginning. My name is Dean Armstrong. I reside in Cambridge, ON. Currently, I have a nice couple renting a single family home from me and they have expressed interest in renting to own the property from me (I "planted this seed" when they took possession in September 2022). My immediate need is to really understand their motivation for expressing interest in RTO instead of just asking "what would you sell this place to us for?" Take care all! Dean
