This months goal will be a fun one, why, because completing your goals is fun and that's what we do here.
Seriously, this month i will be perfecting the newsletter.. A new edition to the whole of Zetsu to help organize the ecosystem for both its current and new users.
Now this is not only about a newsletter, its about structure. A format that insures engagement, retention and most importantly… sales!
Now for those of you who haven't made a single dollar online yet.
Do this for practice ..
pick a thing
charge a dollar
post about it all the time.
Lets pretend the thing is skool, charge a dollar for entry and make sure its active.
Those are literally the only steps, the same applies to ebay or shopify or anywhere else.
The reason this works is because most things that cost a dollar are gonna automate themselves as they are fairly niche to begin with. Once we move into bigger numbers things begin to shift.
Lets look at some numbers…
First lets imagine we have the product already, the only thing we need to do is sale that thing
7 times a day
for about $17.
Think about that for a second…
7 sales/day × $17 = $119/day $119 × 30 = $3,570/month
To hit a flat 5k we can add a $24 up sale that's like a tutorial or 1 on 1 session
So since its short of $5K. The $24.99 upsell is what closes the gap.
Now how many of those 7 daily buyers need to take the upsell to hit $5K?
About 58 upsell sales a month, thats how many!
That may seem like a lot but, it really means only 1 in 3 buyers need to take the tutorial offer to hit $5K.
Which brings me back to the newsletter, and the goal of this month... not only reorganizing the structure of the presentation but monetizing it.
Here's a quick version of the general idea .

WITH 10$ -17$ PRODUSTS
AND a 24.99 up sale.
The up sale is either a tutorial/ walkthrough or a full version of the service
Amazing and unique right..lol know, i know, this is the same system that's been around, but there's a reason for that!
It works!
But, again this conversation is about structure. lol
Lets review …
Free Newsletter Gives away tools, tips, and value to an audience.
This builds your trust and stays in front of them consistently.
$10-$17 Products Quick digital deliverables
Fast to make, instant delivery, no friction.
This builds your familiarity and when you make a sale, reliability
$24.99 Upsell Either a 1-on-1 walkthrough of what they just bought, or the full done-for-you version of the service.
They buy the map for $17, they pay $24.99 for you to drive.
The math still works:
7 front-end sales/day × $17 = $3,570/month
~28% about 58 upsell conversion = ~$1,430/month
Total: ~ around $5,000/month
But how dose a sale actually sale?
Think about this..
A sale isn't "I have this thing! Buy this!"
In most cases…It's more like, "you are already here, here's the thing to solve your current problem, so you end up getting it"
So failing or sales not working for you is not the same as sales doesn't work.
Its just that you didn't use the right tool for the right job.
No one buys a fan in the winter, and when you do find those few people who do, that's when you realize what niche is and that's also how you understand you can charge more.
Think about how maybe a quarter of the people may already have the skills you are offering… niche it down!

You produce it fast - ideally under 30 min per order
They receive it and can use it immediately - no tech skills needed to consume it
So the 7 sales breaks like this:
3 - Cold audience
People who just found the newsletter.
They don't know you yet. The product has to solve something they're already frustrated about right now. You're not selling … you're showing up at the right moment with the right answer.
3 - Warm audience
People who've been reading. They trust the value. The offer just has to match where they currently are in their problem.
1 - Niche buyer
The person who has a very specific problem and will pay more to solve it precisely. This is where the $24.99 upsell lives naturally.
You didn't find a rare buyer….you found someone whose exact winter problem you happen to have the fan for.
So the structure underneath all of it tells us…
Sales failure isn't a sales problem, it's a match problem.
Wrong tool, wrong season, wrong person.
When the match is right, the sale is obvious.
BUT WAIT !!!!…
That's not all…
Remember the winter analogy right?
Your are 1 snow flake in that sea of snow fall, each one, another sales person, another brand, another community.
Landing on just another pile of snow Infront of the audience.
How do you get people to see your flake?
How do you create a bigger pile of snow?
That's where Traffic form your own ads and as an advertiser and publisher come in.
Blending the two gives you, not only triple the traffic for a stronger push but also a unique SEO footprint that is easier to recognize among the piles of,…"snow".
That's the differentiator in the structure right there.

This cycles traffic collecting more emails for the Monthly Yearbook (news letter) which intern sends more people to see the book and to the Zetsu EOe BookZ site.
See its cyclical, or in Zetsu terms.. it's a ripple
The Ripple
Skool Monthly Yearbook post → sends traffic → some land on the book, some land on Zetsu EOe BookZ.
Either way they enter the ecosystem → they join the newsletter → the newsletter sends them back to the book and to Zetsu EOe BookZ → that drives more traffic → which grows the newsletter → which sends more people.
It feeds itself. Every touchpoint creates the next one.
And what makes the Zetsu way, a powerful structure and not a normal funnel...
Funnels are linear and they end.
A ripple expands outward and comes back.
The asset (the book) does double duty it's a product and a traffic engine.
The new newsletter isn't just a sales tool, its like the book, it's the current that keeps the ripple moving.
This is also why this setup specifically works.
It's not an ad.
It's a collectible, a community artifact.
The news letter shouldn't be looked at as a funnel or email campaign.. you need to understand its about perspective and presentation.
The newsletter becomes the collectible, a community artifact, like a local store or commercial your used to seeing.
People share it because it means something to them and every share is another snow flake dropped into your pile.
So how dose a sale sale…or more to the point, how will a newsletter make money?
It sales because there is a Match when the Audience is Split between which products solve their issue.

So how do you actually make $5,000 a month and why Most People Never See?
The answer is by following proven methods, creating simple action steps and then completing them.. the how is just a matter of math.
Why most people never do (is because of desire but to stay on subject ) is because they never took time to review the structure.
A Prime example of this, is that if you read this whole thing you desired to know how the whole 5k thing works. Now that you have an understanding of the structure and can see it from a new perspective.
Now you can apply it and acquire the outcome.
See how desire pushes growth. In Zetsumetsu that's called a resonance.
