Purpose: Form small squads for accountability, feedback, and skill sharing.
START HERE: Find your pod (mentor/mentee match)

Posting Rules:
· Pods of 3-5 work best; set a recurring slot immediately.
· Use a shared doc for goals, notes, and next steps.
· Swap a quick NDA only if needed; keep it lightweight.
