90-Day Execution: Find Your Gap
A goal does not change your results until it changes how you operate. Instead of only saying, “I want to become a top producer,” define the person you are becoming and the behaviours that person completes consistently. Example: Goal: 42 completed transactions. Identity: I am someone who completes my revenue calls before 10:00 AM. We reviewed Gopal Sahota’s 90 Day Execution assessment, which uses two questions for each letter of the EXECUTE Framework™. The form does not show the official expanded words, so this is our Z2Hero working adaptation: E — Envision: Define the future and connect today’s work to it. X — X-ray: Know your real numbers and face what is not working. E — Establish priorities: Choose the quarter’s top three and say no to distractions. C — Calendar: Plan the week and protect the important work. U — Uphold non-negotiables: Do the key habits even when motivation is low. T — Track: Measure the activities that create results. E — Evaluate: Review, adjust and use accountability every week. YOUR ASSIGNMENT Reply below—or send it privately if your numbers are sensitive—with: 1. My 90-day measurable result 2.
