🤍 TAKE YOUR TIME BACK
Quick practice for today: Think about one thing that is taking your time right now that you don't actually want to give it to. Maybe it's: - saying yes when you want to say no - answering every message immediately - doing something because you feel guilty - giving too much time to someone else's priorities Now pause. Ask yourself: “If my time were completely mine today, what would I choose to do with it?” No judgment. No big life changes. Just notice. And repeat: “My time is precious. I give it to who I choose, and I am the center of my time.” 💬 Your turn: What's one thing you'd like to take your time back from this week? Drop it below. You might inspire someone else to do the same.

Meeting nerves? Do this twice, then talk
Quick tip I shared this week: If your voice shakes when you speak in a meeting, try this before you start: Inhale through your nose → one more little sip of air → slow exhale through your mouth. Twice. You’re not bad at speaking. Your body just needs a signal that you’re safe. Have you ever frozen before speaking up? Comment YES if that happens to you. (And if you’re ready to stop living by everyone else’s expectations, Create Your Identity Map is in the Classroom.)

😴 Are You Just Tired… or Are You Already Burned Out?
We all get tired. Sometimes a good night’s sleep, proper food, hydration and a little time off are enough to bring our energy back. But what happens when you rest… and still feel completely drained? 💭 Small things feel huge. 🧠 You struggle to switch off. 😶 You feel emotionally numb or empty. ⚡ You feel constantly under pressure. 🌿 And even after resting, you still don’t feel like yourself. That’s a signal worth paying attention to. This doesn’t mean you should diagnose yourself with burnout. But if this feeling continues, it may be worth talking to someone you trust and discussing it with a healthcare professional. 💛 Quick check-in: After a genuinely restful period, how do you usually feel? A. I feel much better. B. A little better, but still exhausted. C. I still feel completely drained. 👇 Comment A, B or C. Sometimes feeling better doesn’t start with doing more. Sometimes it starts with stopping long enough to notice what you actually need. #JustFeelGood 🌿

Saturday is here. 🌿 What's your magic moment today?
Even when you have things to do for your family, errands, cleaning, or a million little things on your list… you can still choose to live the day a little more slowly. You don’t have to turn Saturday into another productivity challenge. For me, one of my favorite little Saturday rituals is a short morning walk with a cappuccino and a brioche. ☕🥐 Nothing complicated. Just a little time to breathe, walk, and enjoy the morning before the day gets busy. So I’m curious: What’s your little Saturday ritual? Maybe it’s coffee in silence. A walk. Music while you get ready. Breakfast with your kids. Reading for 20 minutes. Or simply doing absolutely nothing for a while. 😄 Even if you have a busy family day ahead, what’s the one small moment you can keep just for yourself? 💬 Tell your Saturday “magic moment.”

Saturday is here. 🌿 What's your magic moment today?
Feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list?
Sometimes the problem isn’t that you have too much to do. It’s that you’re carrying everything in your head at the same time. Try this today: Look at your list and ask yourself: “What’s weighing on me the most right now?” Choose ONE thing. Do that first. You don’t need to finish the entire list to feel productive. Sometimes, taking one big thing off your mind is enough to make the rest feel easier. 💬 What’s the one thing on your to-do list that’s weighing on you the most today?
