Pick someone in your space who's doing well. A competitor, a creator you rate, a business like the one you want. Today's agent reads their public stuff and tells you what they're actually doing.

Go grab their last 5 posts and their homepage text, paste it all in, and read the gap analysis. That third section is the one people would pay for.
