MYAL colors

Hello all! So excited for my first KAL! These are the colors I had chosen with higher contrast between A/C but B and C being more similar. B is more purple and C is reds/pinks. After looking at others I worry this isn’t enough contrast but wondering if anyone has any thoughts! I do have alternative colors I could use for B but was hoping to use this yarn in my stash.

Also question about the pattern - will there be short shaping included in the back?
