Buttons and button holes
OK, Friends…I’m seeking your advice. I’ve spent 2 hours layout, shopping, rethinking, and second-guessing….buttons and button placement. Hahaha
My question: how did you decide how many buttons to use? Does the thickness of the button matter (to hold it together better)? Did you follow the pattern that button holes should be made at 2nd purl? If not, did you just layout to please the eye or another method?
The buttons in the pictures are not my actual buttons. I don’t have 6-8 matching so this started my shopping for buttons. The buttons you see here are from my Gma’s button jar.
