Welcome to the After Hours YouTube Club. This community is for people building a YouTube channel while keeping their job. No quitting required. Just you, your story, and whatever time you've got after hours. Here's where to start: 1. Go to the classroom and work through the niche and format course first. Free Editing Hiring Guide
Hey I just made this PDF, the information comes from Mario Joos who's worked for Mr. Beast, and now has his own consulting firm. I trimmed it for most of the information that applies to everyone int his group. Outsourcing is a way to speed up production, but there are costs associated with it, so keep that in mind. - Places to find editors: Fiverr <- Meh - YT Jobs.Philippines <- Meh, but cheaper than Fiverr - Upwork <- Meh and more expensive than Fiverr - Discord <- Probably the best at getting what you want. Pricing is more negotiable.

Found during LIVE Q+A
Hey guys, was on the Q+A today with @Dimi Studios and found this AWESOME thumbnail that's only two weeks old. I know it's a little dark, but it really caught my attention so I thought I'd share. Just some takeaways: Plain background that isn't white, really draws the eye in (but probably red) Black is such a huge contrast and there is an EVEN outscaled contrast when only two colors are used. The theme is a little dark with that guy looking like he's hanging himself, I might not go that dark with it depending on your audience, but it could be worth being a little edgier. The title itself isn't my favorite, but I do like the format: Controversial take + ...Here's why.
