100k in under 24 hours - my goal
Alright - time to lock in. I’ve been slacking lately. I haven’t been putting out the content I know I should be. And honestly, if I’m going to be giving advice to creators, I need to back it up with action. So here’s my public commitment: I’m going to get a video to 100,000 views within 24 hours - before December. I’ve done it before, and I know I can do it again. The difference this time is I’m going to document how I get there. Here’s the game plan: 🎯 1. Consistency: I’ll be posting constantly - every few days minimum. 📈 2. Research: I’ll be studying what’s trending in my niche and creating around it while it’s hot. ♻️ 3. Evergreen hooks: I’ll mix trends with timeless content ideas that keep growing after the trend fades. 🔍 4. Deep analysis: I’ll be breaking down videos that hit 100M+ views to see what makes them explode and applying those lessons to my own videos. This is all part of a much bigger mission - I want to hit a 100 million view video. This post isn’t just about me though - I want to hear from you. What’s your next big goal? What milestone are you chasing before the end of the year? Drop it in the comments so we can hold each other accountable. Let’s push together - no excuses, just momentum. 💪

Youtube video for review
I've only started my YT channel in the last couple weeks and this is just my second video so please be gentle 🙏😅 Things I think I do well: - I'm confident speaking to camera and managed to get a single take without tripping over my words too much - this feels authentic and saves me loads on editing time - I know the powerpoint style is maybe unconventional for YT, but it's my personal style and that's how I teach all my online courses so if someone was to work with me, it's all familiar and consistent in style - I'm picking topics I know my audience are searching and want to learn about - I'm giving each video 1 week on their own to see how they perform and then I promote them on my Instagram and use ManyChat to send people direct links to drive directed traffic to them Things I think I need to improve: - Thumbnail - Title - I need to aim for shorter videos - in this one, I could have been more brief in giving the client example - I would like to add a screen recording showing inside Skool while I promote my group at the end
