Welcome to Revenue Partners! 👋
Glad you’re here. This is a place for business owners who want to actually use AI to make more money, save time, and build better systems — without getting lost in the noise. Do us a favor and introduce yourself in the comments. Drop: - What you do and who you help - What you want AI to help you with most - One process in your business you’d love to improve or automate Then take a look around, join the conversations, and check the calendar for the next live build, workshop, or coaching session. The goal here is simple: less theory, more implementation. We’ll be testing, building, and sharing what actually works in real businesses. Pull up a chair and say hey. 🚀

Welcome to Revenue Partners! 👋
Your AI agent isn't broken. Your instructions are.
If an agent gave you something generic, it probably got a generic instruction. In this video I show how to talk to an agent like someone you just hired: 1. Give it an objective and set KPIs together, like you would with a new freelancer. 2. Write an agent charter: the context, guardrails, hard rules and examples of what good looks like. 3. Hold its hand at the start and be clear on the outcome you expect. The charter I gave one client runs 20 pages, with 10 email frameworks instead of templates. Your turn: what's the one job you'd write a charter for first? Drop it in the comments.

What a revenue partnership looks like, start to finish
"Revenue partnership" can sound vague, so here's one from the first message to a booked appointment. In this video I walk through the sample in our Revenue Partner app: 1. A short first message to a business that already serves your customer. 2. A 10-minute call to agree on the terms: a discount for their customers, a commission for them, and they approve every introduction. 3. One email to their list, and the replies become booked appointments. Plus the question that always comes next: do you have to email your own list for them in return? Short answer: no. Paying scales, swapping doesn't. Your turn: which business would you send that first message to? Drop it in the comments.

Stop buying calls. Answer the ones you already get.
Ten years ago my group sold roofers calls at $100 each. Within two years a call that cost us under $10 to generate cost $70, and about three years in it stopped making money. In this video I break down what changed and where the cheaper lever is now: 1. Most home-service businesses miss a lot of the calls they already get. 2. An AI receptionist works well on inbound: it can sound natural, pull up records and book inspections. 3. Outbound appointment setting with AI is a different story, and it doesn't work nearly as well. Your turn: how many calls do you think your business misses in a week? Drop it in the comments.

11,000 leads. 900 you can actually email.
A big lead list can hide how few people you can actually reach. In this video I walk through a list of 11,000 records that came down to 900 deliverable emails, and what I'm doing about the rest: 1. Reach them where they are: many have a LinkedIn profile or a Facebook page even without an email. 2. Use the website on a business's Instagram profile to find a contact form or an email. 3. Run it with a small team of AI agents on a nine-to-five schedule, with one manager agent building the others. Your turn: how much of your lead list can you actually reach today? Drop it in the comments.
