October Recap!
New Content Idea for Realtors: “This Week’s Highlights as a Realtor” 🏡
I’ve been loving the idea of doing a weekly recap post, sharing quick highlights from my week as a realtor. ✅ It shows you’re active and productive in the market ✅ Helps people see what you actually do day-to-day ✅ Builds trust and credibility with potential clients ✅ Keeps your audience engaged and connected with your journey These types of posts can include anything: showings, closings, networking events, learning experiences, or just moments that reflect your work ethic and energy. People want to work with agents who are out there making things happen, and this style of content does exactly that. If you’re a realtor, try posting your own version of “This Week’s Highlights” it’s simple, authentic, and powerful. 💡

Everyone uses a different approach when it comes to cold calling…
But here’s something I’ve learned after hundreds of calls... the opening line can completely set the tone for the conversation. It can either make someone lean in and actually listen…Or make them hang up before you even finish your name. Most agents come in with a salesy pitch that feels rehearsed and the prospect immediately shuts down. But when you open the call with curiosity instead of a “sales tone,” everything changes. You sound human. You sound interested, not desperate. And that’s usually what gets people to stay on the phone long enough to actually build rapport. Here are a few of my go-to cold call scripts that have helped me book real appointments and land listings — for expireds, FSBOs, and FRBOs.

Here’s How I Positioned Myself as the Go-To Expert in My Market, Leading to 100+ Rental Transactions, 25+ Listings, and Multiple Sales in the Last 2 Years (And You Can Too!)
If you want to stand out in real estate (or any industry), it’s not enough to just show up, you need to position yourself as the expert in your market. Here’s how I did it: 1️⃣ Define Your Niche: Know exactly who you serve. For me, it’s University of Tampa parents, and property owners. When you focus on a specific group, you become the obvious choice for them. 2️⃣ Consistency is Key: From the start, I stayed extremely consistent in providing value in Facebook groups dedicated to Utampa off campus housing. I also persistently reached out to anyone posting about rentals when I first started. That persistence paid off, I’ve done over 25 rental listings so far in 2025 and helped 100+ students and recent grads find rentals in the last 2 years. 3️⃣ Position Yourself as the Expert: I’ve helped multiple buyers purchase properties from within my niche, I built a consistent referral base. People reach out to me and recommend me all the time because I’ve established myself as the go-to expert in my market. 4️⃣ Share Valuable Insights: Post tips, updates, and insider knowledge your audience can’t get anywhere else. Show that you understand their challenges and know how to solve them. Pro Tip: Always end your content with a clear call to action. Invite your audience to reach out, schedule a call, or join your community, make it easy for them to take the next step. When you consistently show up, add value, and focus on your niche, you’re not just growing a brand, you’re becoming the go-to expert people trust.
