Hello I’m Phoebe I am a yoga teacher based in the UK and I have created this community to support others on their path to wellness. I used to be so focused on the parts of myself I wanted to change, which seemed to be a lot of who I am. I would feel trapped in my thoughts trying to think my way out of them, which cannot be done. I still have anxious thoughts but through the practice of yoga I have learnt that that’s all they are. I realised that I didn’t need to change any part of who I am I just needed to accept myself.
My mission is to support people from all walks of life, especially those living with chronic illness as I know from seeing my mum live with chrons disease how hard it can be. I to guide you through the practice of yoga and mindfulness and give you the tools to self regulate.
This community contains the key to unlock your true self, the person you were always meant to be. I have designed a beginners course and we will have weekly themes to dive into.
