Being intentional about where we hold our attention is critical to our wellbeing, and like a muscle, we can build our endurance for slowing down, listening, and redirecting our energy toward actions that are truly values aligned and considerate of their collective impact. If we begin to value the power of our attention, we’re spending more time in gratitude and other cognitive states that have positive mental health outcomes. I'm obsessed with learning more strategies to harness this power and I'm looking forward to exploring this topic with you all and becoming a better instructor to those with attention challenges!
This is a place for people who use yoga as a regulation tool to explore and learn strategies and tools for managing their attention, especially when living with ADHD. It is a community first.
