Right now I’m working on some stuff for the Blue to Purple belt course, but the White to Blue is the one I care the most about so don’t hesitate to let me know what it needs Thank You 🙏

I’ve been getting requests for more follow along workouts so I am trying to do one every week or so. Here is a… probably overly long rant 😂 about how that will be set up. For the TL/DR people: Basically there will be folders with the different levels based on the corresponding skills at the various Kettlebell Artist levels.
