When presenting, start with this.
Start with creating a FUN moment, not with your bio. Don’t open with “Hi, I’m Natalie and today we’ll cover…” Open with a moment that's fun for your audience, not boring. Pre-presentation: 1. Discreetly hand out a prompt (or verbally) asking them to play with you (Call & Response) Start of presentation: YOU: Ready? (🙋♀️arms wide open) AUDIENCE: Let’s play! (🙌throws hands up) Do it and watch your audience's energy change instantly.
