Anybody else do their best thinking at night when the noise dies down?
Iβm looking at my Skool like a camp setup: whatβs pulling its weightβ¦ and whatβs just taking up space. If you had to cut ONE thing from your community tomorrow to make it run cleaner (offer, content, features, whatever) β what are you cutting? What would you keep no matter what?
