I was scrolling Instagram last night and saw YAMS in a Skool ad. I wanted to share it because the first 10-12 communities that were shared, had cover images that were cropped. So instead of being able to see their whole cover , you could only see a portion of it. (See second pic for an example) But the YAMS photo was perfect, not cropped and clearly visible.
My community wasn’t in this ad, but I’ve seen it on Instagram before looking like the second pic. I’ve since updated my cover to hopefully avoid this issue in the future.
I say all that to ask, what image size are you using for the cover? I thought I was using the recommended size by Skool (turns out I wasn’t, but now I am). And when you create your images via AI, are you telling it exactly what size your image needs to be?
