The workout for this week has been loaded ladies. If you already completed workout number one let’s go ahead and get started for workout two; if you have not completed workout number one, no worries!
When you have completed number one you wanna jump to number two. Workout number two includes a stretch and cooldown session at the end of your workout so please make additional time to cool down and stretch after.
