Hey everyone! I had a question regarding group chat functionality with Xecute and wanted to see if anyone has run into this or found a workaround.
My business partner Greg and I are both signed up and activated with Xecute using our own phone numbers. I created a group chat with myself, Greg, and the Xecute phone number because we’re trying to use it as a shared workflow tool.
Example: if I’m at Home Depot and upload a receipt and tell Xecute to push that expense into Markate, Xecute completes the action correctly. The issue is that Xecute responds directly back to me "individually" instead of responding inside the "group chat."
The problem this creates is visibility between team members. If I upload a receipt and process it through Xecute, "I know" it got done, but "Greg" has no idea because the activity isn’t showing up in our shared conversation (Group Chat).
Later on we end up asking each other, “Hey, did you already put that receipt into Xecute?” when ideally we’d both already see the update in the group thread.
Has anyone figured out a way to make Xecute actively participate inside a group chat and send all responses/confirmations into the group rather than private individual messages?
Or is there another recommended workflow for keeping multiple team members aware of completed actions?
