Alright legends...

I woke up today and decided to break it all down.

Not sure what possessed me, maybe it's the 9.5Hours that I slept.

My patience got tested as I filmed for 38 minutes straight only for ScreenFlow to crash.

So I had to re-film the whole thing, which makes it even better for you... me not so much.

Here's what I cover:

Phase 1 Niche and Offer:
