If you're not making sales read this...
I have found myself with my back against the wall far too many times to count.
It's scary, it's frustrating and it can feel hopeless at times.
But it's at these points I'm reminded that business is a mindset game just as much as it is a skill game.
You can chose to cave or you can chose to fight.
Now I'm not going to turn this into a motivational speech, but you get the points.
I've mentioned this before in this community, but I'll say it again.
If you're in a sales rut, accept it and then control what you can control.
Start here:
"What can I do to make $____ (whatever you need) TODAY?"
For me the question was: "what can I do to make $5k TODAY?"
Sit with that question, then map out a plan for how you can achieve it.
Here's what I do:
  1. Review Hot leads in CRM - you should have your CRM categorized into First 10, Next 10 and Last 30. Those are the 50 hottest leads in your pipeline, some of you might not have that many, that means you have to fill it
  2. Attack each category with a "re-offer" look at your notes on the prospect or look at your conversation and add something to your offer that solves their objection. I've used extended pay plans, extended time in programs, finance, DFY elements or extra support
  3. Once you've exhausted that list, you now need to make an offer to EVERYONE. I come up with an email, you could use a Power Offer Post (covered in Magnetic Content 2.0) or just a blatant offer post like this: https://www.facebook.com/jasoncfox12/posts/10224708146946968
  4. Now you attack the DMs, everyone you've been in contact with refer to that post, tag them, send it to them and in the comments of that post, add testimonials/case studies
  5. By this point you should have hopefully have a sale or at least calls booked... if not, that's ok to. That just highlights your problem... which is lead generation.
  6. So then I would work on a system to start filling the pipeline, whether that be ads, collabs, shoutouts, more content, more DMs etc. Then make sure you never fall off that system
Now this process may or may not generate a sale or two... It's fine either way, as I said you've now identified the problem that you're facing and can solve for that.
You will find that this level of action will shake the tree and opportunities will fall out... it will feel like luck, but you know it's not.
