I am an artist painter and it gives me time and space to listen to online session, motivational speech or any subject or documentaries that interest me. As many, I've got some trauma from childhood and since some years I having been working on them. The most difficult one was humiliated and loneliness from a toxic parent and it blocked my voice. Till now, I am still struggling with this.
Old me: -
  • My voice remains low and sometimes I get anxiety when I speak in front of many people.
  • I don't like to be seen or attract attention, so I play small.
  • Very often I doubt about myself, about my capacity and I procrastinate.
  • For a very long time, it was hard for me to make videos. Since I started the challenges 2 years ago, I have been able to let go of my fear but there is still work to do to be completely comfortable.
  • I feared of being judged and belittled.
New me: -
  • Having more confidence to speak out and own my voice.
  • Be able to let go of my fears and auto-sabotage and be for comfortable to do videos to share my messages.
  • Creating time to write. Write for my self-healing and write to improve the organisation of my sessions.
  • Having time to take care of my self.
  • Being more comfortable to speak in front of many people
Action to be done: -
  • Stop procrastinating and sabotaging myself
  • Creating time to recharge and breath
  • Practising
  • Surrounding myself with people who can help and encourage me to shift for the new version of my self.
