Behind-the-Scenes Support for Skool Communities, Courses & Creators
Hello everyone 👋
Thank you for having me here. I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of this community.
My name is Olawale marvellous, and I work as a Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support Specialist, supporting entrepreneurs, course creators, founders, and small teams who want to run their businesses more efficiently without burnout.
From what I’ve seen in many communities like this, some common challenges admins and members face include:
Managing daily admin tasks while trying to grow the community
Organizing content, members, and workflows inside Skool
Following up consistently without sounding pushy
Structuring courses so members actually complete them
Keeping communication clear, professional, and on brand
This is where I usually help. I’ve supported individuals and teams by:
Setting up and organizing Skool courses and content
Handling admin and backend tasks so creators can focus on value
Improving member communication and engagement systems
Assisting with course structure, clarity, and delivery
Providing reliable virtual and administrative support that saves time
