One thing people don’t talk about enough is how lonely building a business can be. Everybody loves talking about success. They don’t talk nearly as much about the failures. The bad decisions. The money you wasted. The idea that didn’t work. The customer you lost. Or those nights when you’re sitting there wondering, “What am I supposed to do next?” Failure is part of being an entrepreneur. But one of the biggest differences between someone who eventually succeeds and someone who gives up is often something very simple: Who do you have in your corner when things go wrong? Trying to figure out everything by yourself is HARD. Sometimes you don’t even know the right question to ask. Sometimes the problem standing in your way is something you don’t even see yet. That’s where having the right people around you changes everything.
