Welcome to The Working Genius Collective
I have had the privilege of leading 5 organizations and 80+ individuals through The Working Genius Assessment. The number one thing that stands out as a need for people is a place to connect and know how to use their geniuses to start making progress in their work and life.
This community is a place first and foremost to connect over the assessment and start to provide real hope to one another on how to make transformation happen in our work and lives such that we have a renewed sense of progress and hope.
As someone with Wonder and Enablement, The Idealistic Supporter, I have found myself frustrated in many corporate jobs. The key thought for starting this community is that I know there are others like me with Wonder and Enablement as Geniuses and Tenacity as a frustration.
Like me, you may have thought, where are the others like me and what are they doing?
