We did this exercise together in Sunday's group, and I wanted to share it here again in case anyone wants to participate.
Brain research has shown that activating these things and getting curious about them can help you move into your true self and create a toggle effect in the brain where, if one of these is activated, your anxiety is turned off.
Think of a time when you feel these emotions, or felt them in the past:
1. Calm
2. Clear
3. Confident
4. Curious
5. Courageous
6. Compassionate
7. Connected
8. Creative
