Planting Good Thoughts
Planting good thoughts helps feed our minds with the ‘right’ fuel. Try reading one first thing each day or last thing at night before you go to sleep. A thought for the day refreshes your mind with uplifting thoughts. We need a daily input of new ideas, wisdom and experience (from people wiser than ourselves!) to help each day turn out well. Thinking good thoughts puts the groundwork in to take positive steps forward in our lives. It’s been said that ‘thoughts are like things’… that they actually contain dynamic power. Have you ever thought about thoughts like that? Whether or not you believe this, I think we can all agree that our thoughts ARE important and we should be mindful of them. They’re what make us human and can have a positive or negative effect on how we feel and how we tackle our days. When we reflect and meditate on all that’s good – creativity begins to flow naturally too... Motto: Good Thoughts Only
