Jesus's Birthday! 🎉🎂
All right ladies, this might be controversial but I'm curious...
We all know Jesus wasn't born on December 25th 🎄
So why December 25 for Jesus's birthday?
I thought 🤔 you would never ask!!!🤣
🌿 Early Christians calculated it from his conception on March 25 (spring equinox, tied to creation/death), adding 9 months—predating pagan festivals like Sol Invictus.
First noted ~204 AD by Hippolytus, formalized by 336 AD. No Bible date exists; scholars debate spring (March-April) as likely from shepherds in fields, census, and Bethlehem Star data—winter travel was improbable.
It's said to be symbolic liturgy, not history.....📜
🗓️What do you think was the real date?
....... And why???
