Women aren’t taught this enough:
Your partner can’t be your entire source of identity. And sometimes when a woman shrinks her own calling to build a man’s dream… the relationship loses its polarity, its passion, its energy, and its respect. That happened to me. My husband didn’t want me to disappear into his life. He wanted me to stand next to him as the woman I’m called to be. He wanted me to have my mission, my fire, my voice, my purpose. And because I wasn’t stepping into it, I leaned on him more and more until the imbalance became too heavy. Sometimes the separation isn’t rejection, it’s redirection. It forces a woman to rise. To lead. To create. To build her own mission. To stop hiding behind “supportive wife” energy and step into “she walks fire” energy. Ladies, relationships thrive when BOTH partners are growing. Not when one person carries the entire vision. This is the season where I honor what he saw in me… and I finally become it. 🖤 #FeminineStrength #SheWalksFire #AlignedPartnership
