Conditioning Isn't Just Cardio Most people think conditioning means running on a treadmill for 45 minutes. That’s not necessarily the best way to build real-world fitness. Conditioning should improve: • Heart health • Work capacity • Recovery between sets • Fat metabolism Inside the Wolf Performance Lab system, conditioning can include: 🏃‍♂️ Interval training 🚶‍♂️ Incline walking 🥊 Boxing conditioning 🏋️ Strength circuits You don’t need hours of cardio. You need intentional conditioning that supports strength and recovery. Just 15–25 minutes of smart conditioning can dramatically improve metabolic health.
