Health routines and life goals
I want to level up my English ,and my goal is to enhance my English. I want to stick to my daily study but I also can’t skip my workouts. I try to exercise at least 30minutes a day at home, I lift weights for my long term health, I also catch a breath for a little while because it helps me stay active and boost my energy. I cut down drinking coffee and tea so since I stopped I feel much healthier. However I also play soccer games before I get into the game I warm up then I play the game during the game I break a sweat, And I like it because it’s a whole body exercise. After the game I cool down. Taking care of your health is essential
